Friendly Post-Passover Reminder

Have leftover matzo meal? Don't know what matzo meal even is?

Just a friendly reminder about my favorite cookies, i.e., not your average Passover hockey pucks.

This year, with better pictures!

I made these, and I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I came out with TWICE as many as you say it yields. And I didn't double the recipe. They still taste good.

The only thing I can think of is that I overfluffed the egg whites or something???

Also, you were befuddling me with the "cooled melted chocolate" instruction. She who does not bake much with melting her own chocolate might be confused about how melted chocolate can be cooled without becoming non-melted chocolate.

Ahh, the questions begin. :)

The first time I made these, I made them quite large since the recipe said they made 14 or somesuch. The second time, it made much more (I made them smaller, obviously). The more the merrier? You did nothing wrong.

And, I can understand the confusion there. It's just important that the melted chocolate not be super hot or else you will have scrambled egg cookies. I will change the lingo. Thanks for the feedback! :)

And of course they are DELICIOUS. They are super chocolatey, so they required a large glass of milk. Jeff brought some to work today. Yummmm.
